Before the order be sent, customer can cancel the order in anytime.
Cancel the order within 24 hours after the payment succeed, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs.
Cancel the processing order (payment succeed more than 24 hours), your refund will be charge 5 USD as process fee.
Once the order be sent, it cannot be canceled anymore, but can be returned.
You have the right to submit a return without giving any reasons, but it must be within 10 days from the the package arrived to the delivery address you provided.
Please notice that, the VAT tax is not refundable in anyway.
The shipping cost you paid to us is not refundable in usual, unless the return is due to our fault, such as:
1 - Wrong product: Received item is different from the image of our site.
2 - Product defects: Defective product quality, wrong size (According to our size chart), Wrong color.
3 - Delivery delay: Before you place the order, please select the right shipping method, to ensure your will get it in time.
How to Return
2 - Once we accepted customer's return require, customer will receive a return label through email. Please help us to avoid unnecessary costs by always using the return label when returning.
3 - Once customer received the return label, the package of return should be sent within 10 days, if overdued, it will be deemed to automatically give up the return. There has no specified shipping method, providing the tracking number will be deemed to have been sent, the shipping cost of return is paid by customer.
4 - Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may hold off completing your refund until we have received the return package.
1 - Due to shooting effects and display resolution, product images in our site may have a slight color difference with the actual product, that is not product defects.
2 - Delivery delay due to irresistible factors (e.g. flight delays caused by inclement weather; import clearance) is not within the scope of return.
3 - For hygiene reason, pierced jewelry, swimwear and underwear is non refundable.
4 - Clearance item is non returnable.
5 - All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging.
6 - Please keep your phone online and check your mail regularly including Spam. If the package be returned or destroyed due to the recipient's inability to contact, you will not receive a refund. Usually the courier will keep the package for 15 days.
Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
